Why No Ingredients Are Listed: A Deep Dive
AlkaVitality's official pages describe the formula only as "a blend of alkalizing minerals and natural fat-burning ingredients" — the biggest transparency gap we've found in this category.
Understanding how this differs from the more common "undosed ingredients" pattern helps you weigh the risk correctly.
What we looked for, and what we found
For every product we research, we try to name and evidence-grade each disclosed ingredient. For AlkaVitality, we checked the official sales page, FAQ section and product label images and found no supplement facts panel, no ingredient list, and no specific compound names anywhere.
The three patterns in this industry
Fully dosed: every ingredient carries a stated amount. Relatively rare.
Partially or fully undosed: ingredients are named, but amounts are missing for some or all of them. This is common and is what we usually flag as a moderate concern.
Completely undisclosed: no ingredient names at all, only vague category language. This is where AlkaVitality falls, and it's a meaningfully bigger gap than the undosed pattern.
Why the difference matters
An undosed label still lets you research whether the named ingredients are generally well-evidenced for the stated purpose. A completely undisclosed formula gives you nothing to research at all — you cannot check for allergens, cannot flag interaction risks with your medications, and cannot verify any specific claim against any specific compound.
